PRODUCTION AREA		Morainic Hill on south-east of Garda Lake.
WINEMAKING		Soft pressing of the grapes at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES		Bright straw yellow colour. Intense, fine, elegant on the nose with hints of white flowers, green apple, peach and tropical fruits. On the palate it is savory, mineral and harmonious.
FOOD PAIRING		Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers and fish first course dishes, shellfish and white meats.
