GRAPE VARIETIES		Corvina,Rondinella, Molinara.
ALCOOL		15%
PRODUCTION AREA		Hills of the most ancient part of Valpolicella.
WINE MAKING		The hand-picked grapes are selected bunch per bunch and are placed in small racks to dry during the winter months. A soft pressing follows with a slow fermentation on the skins and aging in oak barrels for about 18 months.
COLOR		Deep garnet red.
SENSORY EVALUATION		.On the nose scents of ripe red fruit with delicated spicy notes. On the palate well-bodied, warm and velvety with raspberry and undergrowth aftertaste.
FOOD SUGGESTIONS		Ideal with rich and spicy dishes, game and matured and spicy cheeses. Excellent with Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese.
