| WINE MAKING | Selected bunches of grapes are placed in small racks and left to dry for about 3 months. Then the grapes are softly crushed; the maceration process lasts up to 30 days. Afterwards, it is racked and refines in barriqe and big oak casks (French and Slavonian wood) for 3 years before bottling. | |
