HERITAGE
Wine Urban Park is a project that reveals Montresor’s innovative spirit to the full. The idea sprang up in the 2000s, with the desire to open up the winery to street art and transform part of it into a gallery of contemporary art: a mix of classicism and the avantgarde, the art of wine and the more modern forms of artistic expression.

WINEMAKING
The grapes, harvested when perfectly ripe, are placed in crates to dry. After about 30 days, the grapes are pressed and vinified in stainless steel. A part of the wine is aged in oak barrels to enhance the aromas and give structure and complexity to the wine.
TASTING NOTES
Intense red garnet colour. This wine has a refined and clear personality: intense, with red fruit scents. On the palate smooth, elegant and full-bodied.
FOOD PAIRING
Recommended with meat dishes, grilled meat, medium and aged cheeses.
