Product Details

GRAPE VARIETIES		Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella leggermente appassite.
PRODUCTION AREA		Veneto.
WINE MAKING		The grapes are selected , picked at the ideal time of their ripeness and put in single boxes to “dry-out” for about 30 days. The grapes are then crushed and fermented in stainless steel vats. After this process, part of the wine is transferred into wooden casks and left to age. As a result of this ageing period we have a good maturation of tannins which impairs the wine a well and velvety wooden taste. The result is typical of red wines with a high content of sugar, aromas and extracts due to the concentration present in raisined grapes.
COLOR		Intense red garnet colour.
SENSORY EVALUATION		This wine has a refined and clear personality: intense, with red fruit scents. On the palate smooth, elegant and full-bodied.
FOOD SUGGESTION		Recommended with meat dishes, barbecues, medium and aged cheeses.
