GRAPE VARIETIES		Blend of typical white grapes of Verona area.
ALCOOL		11,00%
PRODUCTION AREA		Hills of Verona.
WINE MAKING		Once the grapes reach the winery, they undergo an immediate soft pressing. After this process the wine, which is extremely fragrant and appealing, complete the fermetation, together with selected yeasts, in autoclave.
COLOR		Light straw yellow color.
SENSORY EVALUATION		Perlage thin and persistent with scent of white flowers and golden apple; on the palate fresh and fragrant.
FOOD SUGGESTION		Excellent both as an aperitif and for the preparation of cocktails. Recommended use of ice bucket.
SERVING TEMPERATURE		4-6 °C
